REAL TALK

As a one chair salon, my personal and professional income is based solely on the grooming services I provide to you, my clients.

While I understand that circumstances and emergencies may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that I can accommodate all of my valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible.

I reserve the right to treat each situation listed with discretion to the individual circumstances of the client.

Policies

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE

 In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my clients, I do require a 24 hour cancelation notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, a fee equal to 50% of the cancelled services will be due before another appointment is scheduled.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure that I deliver the best possible haircut and customer service to my clients, I have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service insures proper time necessary for me to comfortably complete your service. I regretfully cannot complete any service if a client is 10 minutes or more late and the client will be charged a $10 late fee. I reserve the right to decline service to any client who is 10 minutes late or more to their appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

In the event a client fails to show for a scheduled appointment without cancelling or reaching out by way of text or phone, I reserve the right to charge the client 75% of the services booked. Furthermore, I reserve the right to refuse future services to any client that fails to show for a scheduled appointment.
